Institutional Subscriptions and Bulk Purchasing

University and research libraries may subscribe to Nasirus Publications' journal on an institutional basis. Subscriptions include unlimited digital access to all issues and print copies delivered to the institution. Pricing varies according to institutional size (student and faculty enrollment), geographic region, and access type.

Special pricing is available for libraries and bookstores making bulk purchases. Consortium purchases (e.g., 5+ libraries in a region) receive discounted per-unit rates. For bulk orders, the library director should contact [email protected]; a written quote and terms are provided within 5 working days.

Standing Order System

Libraries and institutions may use the standing order system to automatically receive all new books and journal issues published by Nasirus. Orders may be filtered by category: e.g., only library science books, only journal issues, or all publications. Order management is handled through an online portal. Institutions may pause or resume orders with 30 days' notice.

MARC Records and ONIX Metadata

Nasirus Publications provides standard MARC (Machine Readable Cataloging) records for each book and journal. MARC records include title, author, publication date, ISBN, subject classification (DDC/UDC), abstract, and cover information. Library catalog systems can import these records directly.

ONIX (ONline Information eXchange) metadata files are supplied for e-book and digital distribution platforms. ONIX files contain all indexing and search compatibility information. Import formats include XML, CSV, and OAI-PMH.

Trial Access and Resource Access

New customer libraries may request 30-day trial access before beginning a subscription. During the trial period, the institution receives full access to all journal issues and featured books. After the trial, the library may decide whether to subscribe. Trial access requests are submitted to [email protected].

Accessibility and Additional Services

Nasirus Publications supplies accessible formats for readers with disabilities. Audio files in DAISY (Digital Accessible Information System) format, large-print PDFs, and machine-readable text files are available upon request. Files compatible with assistive technology (screen readers, Braille converters) are provided for students with disabilities.

Shipping and Logistics

Shipping of print books and journals to libraries is calculated according to order size and institutional location. Within Turkey, orders are typically delivered 10–15 working days after placement. International orders may require 4–8 weeks, depending on customs and shipping. Libraries may select standard or expedited shipping options. Special arrangements can be made for large or heavy orders.

Billing and Payment Terms

Institutions may request invoices addressed to the organization. Invoices are issued 30–45 days after order confirmation and can be adapted to institutional payment terms (Net 30, Net 45, etc.). E-invoice/E-Archive support is available. Payment methods include bank transfer, bank check, and credit card. Euro and US dollar payment options are available for international customers.

Customer Support and Contact

Library directors and institutional customers may contact a dedicated support line to resolve access issues, order changes, and billing questions. Phone: +90 312 000 2026. Email: [email protected]. Response time is typically 1–2 working days.
