Our Series
Our Series
Most of our books appear within a series. A series is not merely a shelf label: it names a shared question, a shared methodological conversation and a shared readership. Each series has an editor and a short framing statement that defines its scope.
City and Space
Field-based work on urbanisation, spatial politics, memory and everyday life. The series favours texts that pursue theory through a concrete case; purely synthetic surveys fall outside its scope.
Information and Records
Archives, librarianship, metadata and digital preservation. Open to work grounded in institutional experience and written in a language practitioners can also read.
Science and the Public
Science communication, expertise and trust, the use of evidence in public debate. The series carries both research monographs and long-form essays.
Climate and Resilience
Climate adaptation, urban resilience, data infrastructures and policy. Interdisciplinary work and texts addressed to policymakers take priority.
Proposing a book
To propose a book for a series, add to the documents listed on the Proposal page a half-page note explaining how your work speaks to the series framing. The series editor responds within ten working days.
