Returns and Exchange Policy

Nasirus Publications prioritizes customer satisfaction. Returns and exchange transactions are carried out under the following rules.

Return Conditions

A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt if it is in its original condition and unopened packaging. Electrical and electronic products (e-books, digital versions) are not covered by this right. Printed books may be returned if there is a printing defect or library stamp is missing. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with the product serial number and date of receipt.

Exchange Process

If a product contains printing or delivery errors, the customer may request it be replaced with a new copy of the same product. Exchange shipping costs are covered by Nasirus Publications. In exchange requests, a photo or description of the faulty product should be provided. After exchange approval, the customer returns the old product to Nasirus using a provided shipping label, and the new product is sent to the address.

Damage or Incomplete Delivery

If a product arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer should note "Damage Present" or "Incomplete Delivery" on the carrier's delivery receipt. This must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours. Processing is accelerated if photos and supporting documentation are attached.

Refunds

When a return is approved, refund is issued to the customer's bank account regardless of payment method. For credit card payments, the refund may take 7–14 days to appear on the card statement. Returns of internationally shipped products may incur additional tax and customs fees.

Unjustified Returns

Products that have been opened, used or read, or that contain notes or underlining, will not be accepted for return. Digital products (ZIP, PDF, EPUB) that have been fully downloaded and used are not eligible for return.
