Shipping and Delivery Guide
Nasirus Publications ensures that all orders are delivered quickly and safely. Here you will find answers to questions about shipping and delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on purchases of 50 TL and above. Purchases below 50 TL are charged 15 TL. International shipping costs are calculated based on order size and are borne by the recipient, invoiced separately from product price.
Delivery Time
After payment is completed, the order is shipped within 2–5 business days. During official holidays such as Eid, delivery times may be extended. Delivery time depends on the region served by the carrier (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, etc. are faster; other regions may take 1–2 days longer).
Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer. The tracking number shows the location of the product on the carrier's website. Use your verified email address to check the tracking information without spam.
Delivery Address
The delivery address is recorded exactly as entered at the time of order. If address change is requested and the product has not yet been shipped, it can be changed. After shipping, address changes may not be possible; in this case, contact the shipping company.
Signature Required Delivery
Orders over 200 TL are delivered with signature. Deliveries without signature may be left at the door or in a safe place. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier maintains photographic documentation.
Failed Delivery
If the product cannot be delivered 3 times, the carrier returns it to the central warehouse. The customer can contact [email protected] to request a second delivery attempt (at customer's expense). Otherwise, the product returns to Nasirus Publications after 15 days.
Damage or Defect
If you discover the product is damaged or has missing parts upon arrival, obtain a receipt and note "Damage present." Send photos and documentation to [email protected] on the day of receipt. With official documentation and photos, we forward the damage claim to the carrier.
Return Shipping
For returns or exchanges, contact [email protected]. A shipping label is sent via email by Nasirus for return (customer prints and attaches). After the product reaches Nasirus, reception is confirmed and the return process begins.
International Shipping
International delivery is limited to countries and geographic areas determined by the carrier. Customs duties, taxes and other fees are borne by the recipient. Delivery times can be as long as 15–30 business days. For international orders, the customer must pay shipping costs in advance.
