Distance Sales Agreement

This document sets out the terms of product sales between Nasirus Publications (seller) and customer (buyer). The contract is valid for sales made via website, email and telephone.

Sales Terms

All prices are shown including VAT. Products listed as in stock are shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. The customer who receives the order is deemed to have confirmed the order for the requested product.

Delivery

Shipping is free on purchases of 50 TL and above. Purchases below 50 TL are charged 15 TL shipping. International shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are invoiced separately from the product price.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or advance payment. The product will not be shipped until payment is completed after order confirmation. For email or telephone orders, the payment method confirmed by the customer is binding.

Right to Withdraw

The customer may cancel the order by returning the purchased product within 14 days. This period begins from the date the product is shipped. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, in unopened packaging and as sold. Refunds are issued within 14 days of return.

Product Warranty and Defects

Printed products may be returned if there is a printing error or defect. For electronic products (e-books), in case of download or access problems, contact [email protected]. Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Personal Data Protection

Customer information (name, address, payment information, etc.) is protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Data is kept on record for purchase, shipping and statistical purposes. It is not shared with third parties.
