Payment and Orders
Q: Can I pay securely with a credit card?
A: Yes. Our site is protected with SSL encryption technology. Payment information is processed securely and not stored on Nasirus Publications servers.
Q: Can I change the product option after placing an order?
A: You can change the order until payment is not completed. After payment, contact [email protected] and request correction if possible.
Q: Do you accept partial payment?
A: No. Full payment for the entire cart is required. Shipping and tax charges are calculated separately.
Returns and Exchange
Q: Can I return the product after 14 days?
A: No. The return right is valid only within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns are not accepted.
Q: Can I return an e-book after purchase?
A: No. Digital products such as e-books, music and films cannot be returned after download and use.
Q: What should I do if the wrong product was sent?
A: Contact [email protected] immediately and send a photo of the issue. The faulty product will be replaced and a new one sent at no cost.
Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After payment is completed, the order is shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time varies by region.
Q: Can I order internationally?
A: Yes. We offer international shipping. Customs fees are borne by the recipient.
Q: Is a signature required upon delivery?
A: A signature is required for orders over 200 TL. Lower amounts do not require signature.
Book Selection
Q: Can I find author-signed copies?
A: Some books have author-signed editions. Select "Signed Copy" in the order. You will be notified quickly if in stock.
Q: Does the published book have an e-book version?
A: Not all books have e-book versions. Check the "Digital Publications" section on the product page or contact [email protected].
User Account
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click "Login / Register" in the upper right. Enter your email address and set a password. You will receive a verification email.
Q: I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link.
